Khaldoun Baghdadi has tried cases throughout the State of California involving defective products, insurance disputes, medical negligence and public entity liability.
In 2009, Khaldoun was named a Northern California Super Lawyers Rising Star, which honors attorneys practicing under the age of 40. No more than 2.5 percent of the lawyers practicing in the state are selected for this recognition. In addition, Khaldoun is AV - Pre-Eminent rated by Martindale Hubbell, signifying the highest peer review mark for ethics and standards of practice.
Khaldoun has served as an adjunct professor teaching trial advocacy at the University of California, Boalt Hall School of Law. He also served as an adjunct professor of moot court at the University of California, Hastings College of the Law.
He has been a speaker or panelist to various professional organizations on the topics of product liability, trial preparation and discovery, and federal preemption of consumer rights.
He graduated cum laude from the University of California, Irvine, and obtained his law degree from UC Hastings College of the Law.
