Settlement Approved in the UC Hastings v. City of San Francisco Lawsuit

Walkup senior partner Michael Kelly announced that Federal District Judge John Tigar has approved the settlement in the UC Hastings v. City of San Francisco lawsuit in which he and colleagues Rich Schoenberger, Matt Davis and Jade Smith-Williams are lead counsel. Judge Tigar signed and entered an Order last week formally approving the agreement.
The attached Chronicle article discusses how the overall effort to help the unhoused get off the streets has dramatically improved living and working conditions for all Tenderloin residents.
