Walkup Law Firm: Rocking for Justice & Giving Back to the Bay Area Community

We’re excited for the upcoming Tenth Annual Law Rocks San Francisco Event, where the Bay Area legal community comes together to rock out and give back to worthy causes.

This rock & roll philanthropic gala on Thursday, May 2nd aims to raise funds for deserving charities while promoting music education for underprivileged youth. Magnum PI, the band representing the Walkup Firm, includes talented musicians Joe Nicholson and Brian Robbins from the firm, alongside Sara Leung, Sam Bills, and Steve Smith.

In addition to our musical endeavors, the Walkup Firm takes pride in sponsoring the Bay Area Urban Debate League (BAUDL), an organization dedicated to making competitive policy debate accessible to every public high school student in the Bay Area.

BAUDL believes in the transformative power of debate, enhancing students’ academic performance, expanding their college and career opportunities, and nurturing them into active, responsible community leaders.

Rooted in a deep commitment to community service, the Walkup Firm has a history of giving back to the Bay Area and Northern California. Since its founding in the 1960s, Walkup team members, both attorneys and staff, have volunteered their time and resources to various social welfare organizations, schools, churches, hospitals, and charitable organizations.

Our contributions extend beyond just philanthropy, we actively engage in courtroom advocacy to make streets, cities, housing, and consumer products safer for everyone. Through our dedication to social justice and community welfare, the Walkup Law Firm continues to impact the lives of individuals and the broader community.
