Michael Kelly is a Law Dragon Hall of Fame inductee, recognized for “the countless claims he has brought for injured plaintiffs.”  For more than 40 years, Mr. Kelly has championed the rights of consumers injured or killed as a result of corporate negligence, medical mistakes, dangerous household products, unsafe medical devices, and motor vehicle accidents of every kind. He has tried, arbitrated, or settled more than 200 cases where the recovery by his client has exceeded $1 million. Mr. Kelly has taught lawyers across the country and throughout the world in effective advocacy techniques. He led the fight against PG&E resulting in the 13.5 billion dollar resolution of the California wine country wildfire lawsuits.

Richard Schoenberger has enjoyed remarkable success in his legal career. Mr. Schoenberger has held or shared the record for the largest verdict in various case types in San Francisco, Sacramento, Santa Clara, San Luis Obispo, and San Mateo Counties. His exceptional skills and presence in the courtroom have made him one of California’s most highly respected trial lawyers. He serves as an advocacy trainer for both NITA and ABOTA.

Matthew Davis has successfully prosecuted individual consumer and class claims in state and federal court.  His litigation skills have produced hundreds of millions of dollars in verdicts and settlements for  consumers. Matt of his work has benefitted community members that have been mistreated by public entities. His efforts have made his neighbors safer while preventing injuries, deaths, and tragedies.

Douglas Saeltzer has been honored for his work holing public entities liable for dangerous roadways that have seriously injured people. He prides himself on holding powerful entities responsible for the wrongs they commit. He has been honored as the “Trial Lawyer of the Year” by the San Francisco Trial Lawyers Association in recognition of a $12,200,000 jury verdict against a public entity for a traffic accident where a young girl was left in a coma following a pedestrian accident.

Khaldoun Baghdadi is a highly skilled trial lawyer with experience prosecuting mass actions in both state and federal court. He has prosecuted such claims against major corporations that have put large groups of citizens at risk in matters involving toxic exposure, dangerous drugs, and consumer products.

Doris Cheng is one of Northern California’s top 50 female trial lawyers. She has obtained seven and eight figure verdicts in cases involving death, injury, medical negligence, vehicular accidents and government liability. She served as the 106th President of the Bar Association of San Francisco and received the inaugural 2022 Champion of Justice Award from the American Board of Trial Advocates.

Spencer Pahlke focuses on catastrophic personal injury and wrongful death cases involving defective products, vehicular collisions, and dangerous public and private property conditions. He teaches at the University of California – Berkeley Law School and is the Director of its Trial Competition Program.

Sara Peters serves as a lead trial lawyer for severely injured individuals in cases involving medical negligence, defective products, and transportation company wrongdoing by corporations like Uber and Lyft. She is involved in mass action leadership in both state and federal courts.
