Davis, who represents the Nelson family, told Bloomberg: “There can be people responsible for the crash and there is a company responsible for the fact that they couldn’t get out.” The lawsuit claims Tesla’s design flaws turned a survivable collision into a fatal fire and seeks accountability for the company’s failure to ensure the Cybertruck was crashworthy.
