Joseph Nicholson

Associate Attorney

Joseph Nicholson is an advocate for people catastrophically injured by, and the families of those killed by, the fault of others. With over a dozen years practicing law, Joseph’s record-breaking verdicts and settlements have recovered tens of millions of dollars for people hurt in many different ways including automobile collisions, dangerous premises, defective products, police misconduct, unsafe workplaces, elder abuse and medical malpractice.

Joseph takes pride in breathing life into the Seventh Amendment right to a civil jury trial, an essential constitutional protection of fundamental rights and personal freedom. He is driven by a profound belief in the ability of the civil justice system to level the playing field between ordinary people and the powerful entities and organizations that cause harm.

California Super Lawyers has recognized Joseph as a Super Lawyer, an accolade available only to the top 5 percent of lawyers in each state.

Joseph is a member of the Consumer Attorneys of California, the American Association for Justice, and the National Lawyers Guild. He lives in San Francisco and enjoys sailing the San Francisco Bay.
