Ashcon Minoiefar

Associate Attorney

Ashcon Minoiefar was born and raised in Sacramento, California. He obtained his undergraduate degree from the University of California, Santa Barbara in 2017 and graduated magna cum laude from the University of California, College of the Law, San Francisco in 2022. Ashcon has passionately advocated on behalf of individuals throughout his education. He was inducted into the Tony Patiño Fellowship for his public service in representing the interests of students and community members of Santa Barbara. He founded the UC Law Plaintiffs Law Association in his first year and worked as a law clerk at Walkup, Melodia, Kelly & Schoenberger until graduation.

Ashcon now has the pleasure of representing injured clients in matters involving medical negligence, premises liability and transportation negligence.

My wife and I are writing to express our deepest appreciation to the attorneys, Doug Saeltzer and Ashcon Minoiefar, and the staff at Walkup Law Office. I was a pedestrian hit by driver who disregarded a stop sign. The accident resulted in multiple injuries, and prolonged trauma. I was reluctant to get a lawyer because I thought that all personal injury attorneys were unethical “ambulance chasers.” Doug Saeltzer and Ashcon Minoiefar quickly disproved this. They have tremendous integrity, and are kind and caring people. Ashcon successfully negotiated a higher settlement than the initial offer from the insurance company, and secured a reduction in the lien from my medical providers.
