Conor M. Kelly

Conor M. Kelly is a seasoned trial attorney who represents plaintiffs in complex catastrophic personal injury, products liability, medical negligence, and wrongful death cases. Since joining the firm in 2009, Conor has built a national reputation for his work in cases involving traumatic brain injuries, spinal cord injuries, and severe burn injuries, achieving life-changing results for clients across the country.

Driven by a commitment to stand up for everyday people against powerful corporations and public entities, Conor has helped secure hundreds of millions of dollars in recoveries for victims and their families. He is known for his relentless advocacy, strategic insight, and deep compassion for clients whose lives have been forever altered by negligence and unsafe practices.

Conor has received numerous accolades for his representation of clients in litigation and trial. He has been twice nominated for the San Francisco Trial Lawyers Association’s Trial Lawyer of the Year Award and won the award in 2019. Conor is a member of the American Board of Trial Advocates (ABOTA) and is a Fellow of the International Society of Barristers (ISOB). He is recognized in the Best Lawyers in America and as a Northern California Super Lawyer.

Conor is a member of the Irish Legal 100, a select group of distinguished legal professionals in the United States who are of Irish descent. He has represented numerous Irish citizens during his career, including a group of eleven college students from Ireland who were catastrophically harmed in the Berkeley, California, balcony collapse in 2015.

A native of San Francisco, Conor is an active member of the Bay Area legal community. He has served as an adjunct professor at his alma mater, UC College of the Law, San Francisco. He regularly serves as an invited speaker at continuing legal education programs and has testified in front of the California legislature on issues involving California tort law. Conor lives in San Francisco with his wife and three children.
