Daniel represents plaintiffs in wrongful death, consumer protection, medical malpractice, and general negligence cases. He received his B.A. in Government from the University of Texas, Austin in 2016, and earned his J.D. from the University of California, Berkeley, School of Law in 2019. While in law school, he was a member of the Mock Trial Team and the Executive Committee of the California Law Review. In 2019 he was the firm’s inaugural Civil Justice Fellow. Following his graduation from law school he moved to San Antonio, Texas, where he completed a Judicial clerkship before returning to practice in California as an Associate at the firm in 2021. In addition to pro bono work, Daniel is active in the community volunteering at his law school by mentoring and coaching law students on the Berkeley Mock Trial Team, helping to ensure that future generations of lawyers have the trial advocacy skills they need to bring justice for their clients.
