Kevin Domecus took the time - at no benefit to himself or the law firm - to discuss my best next steps and strategies. I am grateful! My case, and the potential damages are not large enough to make it feasible for a medical malpractice attorney to represent. Rather than just telling me, "sorry, we can't help you", Mr. Domecus laid out concrete steps for me take on my own. I am touched at his kindness. Thank you!

He was honest, straightforward, and gave me great advice.

Kevin Domecus advised me on a potential medical malpractice claim. He was honest, straightforward, and gave me great advice. I would recommend him to anyone looking for advice on how to proceed with a medical malpractice claim.

Client

I appreciated his honest explanation. Thank you Kevin.

I have been contacting attorneys to try and find someone to pursue a medical malpractice case for several months- it's been very frustrating. I called Walkup and was referred to Kevin Domecus. Kevin explained that the limit for this type of case in California is $250k. He shared that very few law firms take these cases for that reason. I appreciated his honest explanation. Thank you Kevin.

Client

I called Walkup, Melodia, Kelly & Schoenberger and was surprised with a happy greeting from an assistant who right away transferred me to Kevin (one of the attorneys). I explained my situation to Kevin, he was very polite and helpful and did not try to brush me off fast.

I don’t know how all these other law offices still get clients. I called Walkup, Melodia, Kelly & Schoenberger and was surprised with a happy greeting from an assistant who right away transferred me to Kevin (one of the attorneys). I explained my situation to Kevin, he was very polite and helpful and did not try to brush me off fast. This company truly cares about people and they work with their heart and not with their greed for money!! If everyone can be this way in this society, we would turn this world into true heaven on earth!

Client

Since becoming Of Counsel to the firm, Kevin has focused on case intake and screening as well as assisting senior Firm members with the prosecution of complex claims.
