Auto Accident – Fracture

We represented tech professional who was riding her scooter when she was suddenly struck by an SUV coming out of a Safeway parking lot in San Francisco.  Our client suffered comminuted fractures to both wrists and a tibial plateau fracture.  Her orthopedic doctor testified that she would likely develop arthritis and require surgeries in the future.  The defense blamed our client for failing to yield .  Defendant’s medical expert testified that she should have seen the SUV entering her lane and stopped before hitting the side of the vehicle.
